Well it is a year ago since i Last visited you web page and today I have taken down the LITTLE PRINCE as i am at home from work sick and have reread the moving bits and indeed it still brings a warmth to my heart to read such beauty and to feel its depth. It makes one truely appreciate friends and family and the quote "It is only with the heart that one can see clearly, what is essential is invisible to the eye" is so much deeper than most people can imagine. Looking at our everyday lives and seeing with the heart is far more profound than with the eye. It is good to have read the comments again.

It's the first time I looked for 'Le petit prince' on the Web today because I wanted to show it to a friend. I know 'Le petit prince' quite well, he and some interpretations of him (all bought, partly at Gallimard's!!!) accompanied me since I went to High-school. But what did I see on your page? - 'Le petit prince' doesn't have the right to appear on your page? (Is it still so???). No, really, Gallimard's heart should not be as hard!!! You even asked them to be aloud to help creating an official 'Le petit prince'-site. Did you get an answer on your request? - Or is 'Le petit prince' just a 'box-office hit' for Gallimard??? I am a high school student who is currently studying Le Petit Prince in my French class. Though my french skills are still very basic (I am hardly able to comprehend our french-version book), I've already developed a love for this piece of literature. I came online today in search of an english translation so I could more thoroughly understand and enjoy the story, but I have found that it is RESTRICTED MATERIAL!!! ciao a tutti...mi sono commossa leggendo una buona parte di messaggi di questo guestbook,il piccolo principe mi ha accompagnata sin da bambina quando x la rpima volta lo compro' mia sorella...lo ritrovai poi alle medie dove la mia professoressa di italiano ce lo fece leggere e approfondire,l'ho letto e riletto molte volte...e tutte le volte mi commuovo,ma la cosa sorprendente è che continua a far parte della mia vita!io sono una maestra di scuola materna...e solo 2 anni fa il nostro piano di lavoro si è intitolato"il piccolo principe"ho trovato una persona ...la mia dirigente che stimo molto (io sono un po' la ua volpe)che come me ha amato,e ama tutt'ora questo piccolo gioiello....piu' volte anche io ho scelto di regalarlo come simbolo di amicizia e di amore!

vedo che la tua collezione cresce di giono in giorno.

Saprai benissimo che stanno per nascere le edizioni in milanese e sudtirolese (Wesak), non vedo l'ora.
Da milanese ne sono molto orgoglioso. E poi così avremo ulteriori occasioni di scambio con i nostri amici all'estero.

La nostra amicizia è nata grazie ad un libro che ci ha insegnato che"l'essenziale è invisibile agli occhi"e che "è il tempo che hai speso per la tua rosa che l'ha resa così importante". ho letto Il Piccolo Principe per la prima volta nel 1965 quando i miei genitori mi hanno mandata dalla nostra casa a Verona dalle suore in un convento a Bougival, vicino a Parigi. L'ho letto nella lingua francese, poi nel latino, e finalmente nell'inglese. Qualche mese fa ho conosciuto un ingegnere slovacco che abita qui negli stati uniti, a circa due ore da Washington DC dove vivo io ... l'ho trovato bello e simpatico - specialmente perche` parla italiano anche lui, ma quando abbiamo scoperto una passione mutuale del Piccolo Pricipe mi sono innamorata come una ragazza di quattordici anni.. ci ho messo piu` di mezzo secolo per trovare qualcuno che capisce che siamo responsabili per le persone e le cose che domestichiamo...
